D&C 4:1-3

In Doctrine and Covenants chapter 4 verses 1-3 we read about a marvelous work to come forth.  The most impactful thing that I have seen is when everyone went through the dreaded COVID.  We were all forced to stay inside and rely on our electronics to stay connected with others.  Even our next-door neighbors.   At the time all of my kids were doing online school, and I was serving as the Primary Chorister.  That was strange to talk to a camera and conduct "singing time" with the primary children.  I still do not like seeing myself on camera.  Missionary work changed drastically for those out on missions.  Many had to return home from foreign countries, yet the missionary work continued on.  Social media played a big part in allowing missionaries to connect with others that had questions and they were able to conduct lessons over zoom meetings.

In the scripture it mentions standing blameless before God in the last day.  I know that we are in that era of the "last days".  To be blameless is to not be rid with guilt of things that we have done in this life.  I believe that when we do our best to be a disciple of Jesus Christ and serve those around us, we will want to be free from guilt.  This way we can be blameless before God.

To serve our God we want to serve our fellow man.  In order to serve others, we must be willing to be unselfish with our time.  I want to be a disciple of Christ and help others by being God's hands here on earth.
