Finding joy can seem like a difficult task. People can find a plethora of ways to create happiness in their lives by investigating a range of options.  You will find the top 10 ways to find joy, which provides a description of doable tactics and research-backed methods to improve wellbeing and create a more joyful life.

  1. Step into Nature

Take time each day to explore the outdoors, be it hiking, gardening, or just strolling through a park, has been associated with enhanced emotional state and decreased levels of stress.
